10.0The best hotel we've ever been to! Polite and friendly staff who will help and prompt you in everything. Our friends managed to arrange and change the room without any problems, the staff helped them at the first request. There are also very tasty and varied breakfasts, high-quality room cleaning and comfortable rooms in themselves! Thanks a lot to the guys, they made our vacation in Istanbul unforgettable! 10.0El alojamiento está muy bien ubicado, tiene un desayuno riquísimo y es muy limpio. Nos ha encantado el trato de los trabajadores allí, es la tercera vez que nos alojamos aquí y nos hacen sentir como en casa. Les consideramos familia por como nos han cuidado.

9.0Nagyon tetszett az, hogy a személyzet rettenetesen segítőkész és figyelmes volt. A nap bármely szakában mosolyogtak, és segítőkészek voltak. A reggeli szuper volt, bőséges és kiváló. Köszönjük szépen
− egy kicsit azért kopottabb a szoba, mint a képeken, de őszintén szólva annyira fáradtak voltunk, hogy nem foglalkoztunk vele. Minden működött amit használtunk és nem kerestünk hibát.
