6.0Super Lage Prinzipiell alles vorhanden, was man braucht und größer, als es die Fotos vermuten ließen
− Der Nachbar oberhalb ist sehr lärmempfindlich in der Früh und hat kein Verständnis für Kinder - er hat uns zwei Mal über die Vermieter ausrichten lassen, dass wir ihn geweckt haben und wir uns an die Ruhezeiten halten sollen (unser 1-Jähriger hatte 5 Sekunden geweint und danach haben wir ruhig im Bett bis 07:00 gelesen) Schimmel an der Dichtung der Waschmaschine und Geschirrspüler hat nicht ordentlich gereinigt (beides muss in einer Ferienwohnung nicht dabei sein, aber wenn es da ist, sollte es klappen) Viel Staub und Haare unter den Möbeln (ohne Kinder kein Problem, wenn man aber Spielsachen hervorholen muss wird es etwas unangenehm)

9.0Tutto perfetto! Struttura comodissima al centro ma nella pace assoluta, la vera Venezia l’ho vista proprio lì! Casa pulita, accogliente e con tutto l’occorrente per un comodo soggiorno. Gaby gentilissima
− Mi è piaciuto tutto, suggerirei solo di prevedere un eventuale deposito bagagli perché effettivamente girare a Venezia con i bagagli non è agevole

8.0Very central location. 10minute walk from the boat and 15minute walk from the centre. Gabby was fantastic, even collecting us from the boat and sending on recommendations for everything.
− Bedroom mattress was quite soft and pillows were too flat.
