8.0Charming place. Friendly host. The reason I didn’t give it a 5 star was the stairs leading to elevator and room…it was difficult carrying heavy luggage through the stairs.

8.0Luca was so wonderful. The place is small but more than enough for me and my husband and we were out all day anyways. It was 7-10 mins walk to St Peter Basilica/Square. The croissant and cappuccino were great although breakfast is not included but they were enough to start the day. We arrived late due to delay and flight schedule but Luca accommodated us and communicated us in details with pictures what we have to do on arrival. He was so helpful when we needed directions. I would go back there again and recommended it to friends

10.0Rooms located in a top floor apartment of a quaint building. Access secure with lift and some stairs. Probably not suitable for those with mobility issues Super communications from the owner. Clean and well maintained. Walking distance to the Vatican and attractions like Piazza Novona. Convenient supermarket (carrefour express) opposite and lovely icecream place next door.
