Avoid this hotel
2.0Average hotel in a busy, noisy street. Beds are comfortable but that’s the only positive. Breakfast is depressing. There is no real coffee, just instant coffee or drip from a boiler. The worst thing was the rude guy on reception. I booked on hotels.com which says there is a 24 hour shuttle available. It turns out there is no shuttle - they just mean they’ll book you a taxi. Which is fine - but when I tried to speak to the guy about this, he kept shouting over me and telling me I was wrong. I’ve genuinely never met anyone so rude in the hospitality sector. He had literally zero customer service skills. It all could have been handled politely instead of shouting at me (for a mistake they made).
