− The hotel room had no AC that was working, the bathroom was horrible and very small with a leak through the shower which made the whole floor wet. Would definitely not recommend to stay here for the price.

5.0− Our first night the ac didn’t work, next day they offered to change rooms and said the room would be ready soon this was at 9:30 in the morning, when we came back around 4 the room was not ready and one staff member was wery rude when i complained. They never said that they were sorry. The rooms are wery small, but clean

9.0Nice boutique hotel. Courteous and engaged staff. Working A/C and elevator in the summer is a good thing in the London heat. Good value for money.
− This is a London boutique hotel so the rooms are going to very small and not easily accessible. Tricky doors, stairs and a small footprint. We overhead more than one guest complaining to staff about rooms so just know what you're getting.
