8.0La ubicación es perfecta, zona muy tranquila y al lado de 2 estaciones de metro. Muy limpio el apartamento, sin lujos pero lo justo para visitar la ciudad unos días.
− Nuestro apartamento estaba en la planta baja, al lado de la puerta de entrada y al entrar y salir daba bastante portazo.
Lovely Apartment
10.0Location was great, lots of places to eat nearby and a few minutes walk from tube station. Very clean and comfortable. Lots of towels, toiletries, refreshments etc. Check-in instructions easy to follow (we stayed in the 3 bed apartment which is actually further down Inverness Terrace but key is in a box at No 73). Would stay here again as had everything we needed.
− No complaints about the property itself. There is currently some building work being done on a street behind the property and they start work at 7am which may affect anyone hoping for a lie-in.
Pretty good stay for about a week
7.0The process of getting in was very easy with the lockbox. The bed was very comfy and a perfect size. The room itself was small but pretty good for one or two people especially if you're not spending much time in there. The AC was an insane bonus considering I was there during a heatwave; it saved my life.
− It was pretty noisy because I stayed near the kitchen so I could hear the door slamming every few minutes which was only a little annoying. The last few days I did see a couple of cockroaches in the bathroom, wasn't sure where they came from. I think it does mention it but there is no elevator so going up the stairs with luggage isn't the best.
Okay, would go back for the price I paid if changes in cleaning are made
6.0I liked the location, it felt very safe. I liked also the fact they give you stuff to bathe, tea, coffee and cookies. It’s sweet and pleasant.

10.0Posizione davvero ottima, vicinissima ad hide park ed oxford street oltre alla metro. Stanza ben tenuta e ben pulita con possibilità di utilizzare la cucina. Staff in particolare Annalisa veramente top
− La stanza un poco piccolina, ma l'importante era stare li per dormire quindi non importava principalmente della grandezza della stanza. Bagno un poco alto per la mia ragazza che è bassina, per me non ci sono stati problemi :D

A smart property with the newest technology where guests can do online check-in from the comfort of their homes and on arrival date by 2pm (excluding the Three Bedroom Apartment which has a physical key), guests will receive an email from TLJ key system with instructions on how to retrieve a unique virtual key card that will allow them to open both building door and flat door by touching their mobile phones on the designated electronic locks.
