2.0Long story short, I know it’s my fault since I booked the wrong date. But I tried calling them for weeks to see if there’s any solution but no one answered me and that made me have to book a different hotel. If they answered and said there’s nothing they can do I wouldn’t be so upset. But not answering at all that’s not good for a place that is supposed to be good?

4.0They don’t have 24 hour shuttle they told me it only come at 11am and 3pm only even though it says online 24 hour shuttle.
