Great Location and Comfortable Rooms
10.0I had a pleasant stay at Grand Hilarium Hotel in Istanbul. The hotel is in a convenient location, making it easy to explore the city and nearby attractions. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Breakfast had a good variety and was a great way to start the day. Overall, it was a comfortable stay

6.0The hotel and rooms were excellent but the bar and restaurant staff while being polite were inexperienced and poorly trained. The breakfast buffet was excellent but the restaurant service in the evening was terrible. The standard of food was equivalent to a cheap takeaway cafe. The staff simply did not understand what the meals consisted of. While the presentation of the hotel suggests 5 star, the reality is only 2-3 star.

Nice Budget Hotel
8.0Overall Hotel was good. Nice cozy rooms but i think its somewhat old hotel. Bathroom was clean but a bit small. Breakfast was average.People in reception are very nice and polite. We stayed there for 3 days in october.For that price and location its acceptable.
Worse Place Ever to stay
2.0Where to start, it’s a long story. International city and staff doesn’t speak English at all, I mean even receptionist doesn’t understand simple words. Street vendors have better English than them, at 20 Degrees they have turned heating on. Rooms are boiling hot 🥵. Can not even breathe in room rather than sleep. Room condition is worse, breakfast terrible choices. No body understands a single word you saying. Worse Place to stay in such a beautiful city.
