10.0Really nice enjoyable stay. The staff were great and friendly. Breakfast was delicious and lots of choices. Room was spacious with a comfortable bed. Neighbouring rooms were a bit loud at times, but didn't affect the overall stay. Would happily come and stay here again 🙂

4.0Smallest rooms dirty bathroom breakfast was mid. But they offered a refund for the nights we didn’t end up staying location is a big plus to explore everything in old Istanbul and historic places would probably go for 2 nights there and 2 nights at a different hotel in the future.

Worst customer service in world
2.0We were friends and we had a very bad experience in Zagreb hotel. The receptionist is so rude he was changing the room for us every two days One day we forgot our bag inside the room ( with money). They locked the room and they rejected even to let us enter to get our money. The service is very bad
