Tired hotel with disinterested service
4.0A sad and tired hotel both in decor and service. The walls were scuffed and marked, furnishings felt like they were from the 1990s (only one side of the bed had a bedside light and no USB charging socket) and the staff always seemed too busy doing something else to help. Honestly a professional painter could have improved our room in an hour and a half! In its favour the rooms were clean (apart from the scuffed walls and furniture) and it is close to some really nice restaurants and bars (hence the 2 stars)

10.0We came to this hotel after being scammed by Airbnb in the middle of the night in London. From the moment we entered the hotel, the staff were incredibly caring and understanding about what had just happened to us. They booked us a perfect room and paid attention to every detail. The hotel itself is wonderful, with beautiful and clean rooms, amazing staff, and a tasty breakfast. The location was perfect for our visit, as it is close to many tourist attractions and well connected by public transport. We truly felt at home and will definitely choose this hotel again on our next trip to London.

10.0We had an amazing stay at this hotel. After being scammed by an Airbnb, we arrived at the hotel at 2 a.m. without a prior reservation. The receptionist welcomed us so warmly that, after such a stressful and disgusting experience with Airbnb, our mood instantly improved. The hotel itself is beautiful, and the rooms are lovely, clean, and maintained. The breakfast was absolutely excellent, with great food and quality. Every single member of the hotel staff was kind and helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting London. It truly is a wonderful place, with fantastic staff, beautiful rooms, and delicious food. All in all, we are already planning to return to London, and we will definitely stay at this hotel again.
