10.0Three of us (friends on a girls' trip) stayed here and LOVED it! The hotel is a little tricky to find because the sign isn't very big, but the instructions on the website helped. It's small and so very charming. The flat was squeaky clean, with a roomy shower, comfy beds, and a kitchenette. It was a very short walk from Paddington Station, and close to lots of shops and restaurants. I saw some other reviews complaining about the lack of air conditioning. I can only assume they were from my fellow Americans (we do love our AC), but we were there in July and you just don't need AC in the UK. All the windows could be opened which provides a lovely breeze if you want it, and all the rooms had oscillating fans if you need even more air flow than that. We certainly didn't. It's an older building with lots of charm, which my group loved. All the rooms had crown molding, and the rooms were decorated nicely. And each room had plenty of storage space to unpack and stow the suitcases. I would highly recommend this lovely place to anyone, and I would definitely stay there again. Thanks for a lovely stay!
