6.0Zimmer schön eingerichtet, gute Lage, nettes Personal (am Telefon), vor Ort kann ich nicht bewerten, war niemand da. Bad ausreichend groß und sauber.
− Zimmer Nr. 1 geht eigentlich gar nicht. Es ist ein Eckzimmer im EG (ehemaliges Schaufenster) von 2 Seiten riesige Glasflächen, extrem laut, speziell wenn die Müllabfuhr morgens den Mülleimer leert oder sich draußen mal wieder jemand unterhält. Bei jedem Passanten meint man er läuft durch das Zimmer. Da leidet der Schlaf schon sehr!
Super Unterkunft am Prenzlauer Berg
9.0Sehr schöne, ruhige Lage, entspannte Atmosphäre, Restaurants und Bäckereien in der Nähe. Es gab drei abschließbare Gemeinschaftsbäder und ein Waschbecken im Zimmer. Das Bett war bequem. Sehr nettes Personal, wir haben uns sicher und sehr wohlgefühlt.
− Teilweise versagte die Schlüsselkarte, dann musste man vor dem Zimmer etwas warten.
Hyvä tukikohta
8.0Hostelli oli kiva tukikohta Berliinin-matkallamme. Sijainti oli meidän tarpeisiimme sopiva. Kävelymatkan päässä useampia ravintoloita, ostoskeskus ja Lidl. U2-metron pysäkki lähellä. Hostellissa oli kolme kylpyhuonetta, joissa jokaisessa suihku ja WC. Keittiöstä löytyi mukavasti astioita ja jääkaappi, johon saimme omia eväitä. Huone melko kompakti mutta toimiva. Siivouspalvelu toimi hyvin.
− Olimme majoitukseen pääosin tyytyväisiä, mutta sisäänkirjautuminen ei onnistunut ongelmitta meidän kohdallamme. Olimme ilmoittaneet saapuvamme iltaseitsemän aikoihin, mutta mitään sisäänkirjautumisinfoa ei tullut sähköpostitse tai Bookingin kautta. Soitin hostellin ulko-ovessa olevaan palvelunumeroon, ja minulle ilmoitettiin hiukan tylysti, että tiedot on lähetetty sähköpostiini ja minulle on myös yritetty soittaa (aamupäivällä oli tullut puhelu tsekkiläisestä numerosta). Minulle myös sanottiin, ettei tietojen lähettäminen uudestaan onnistu, koska ei oltu enää toimistolla. Tarkistin sähköpostini (myös roskapostin ja muut kansiot) ja selasin Bookingin, mutta ohjeita ei löytynyt mistään. Soitin palvelunumeroon kaikkiaan neljä kertaa (kahteen viimeiseen puheluun ei enää vastattu) ja lähetin myös pari viestiä Bookingin kautta. Olin tietenkin jo vähän hädissäni. Noin puolen tunnin odottelun jälkeen sain lopulta ovikoodin tekstiviestinä. Huh, mikä helpotus! Päästyämme sisään minulle tuli vielä tekstiviestejä, joissa vakuutettiin, että tiedot on lähetetty minulle. Minä en tietoja ollut kuitenkaan jostain syystä saanut. Huoneen äänieristys oli heikohko. Viereisten huoneiden äänet, kuten puhe ja herätyskello, kantautuivat huoneeseemme. Helle nostatti lämpötilaa myös huoneissa. Ikkunaa ei voinut pitää koko yötä auki kadulta kantautuvan melun vuoksi.
