Great service all around!
10.0We went to the Fairfield Inn for a theater weekend at the end of June 2026. The accommodations were quite nice and very clean. Breakfast was included and quite good. One employee, Sterling, a front desk specialist, went above and beyond his duties. I left an iPad in the room...and it was turned into the desk. He contacted us during the theater, a call we missed, then later on the train home. He facilitated the return of my I Pad safely, packing it and using the label I was able to send to his attention. He had caught our eye when we checked out as being very friendly and a terrific front desk associate. Many thanks, Sterling! I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great theater location without the hubbub of Times Square.
