4.0grout and mold in the bathroom.. Tap and Shower have rust stain..all floor was dirty.. Whole room had bad smell.

6.0The property is accessible to all sorts of transportation, it is also near food stores and restaurants. However, the room doesn’t look clean. The room is not well ventilated, the carpet is dirty and the water supply is weak.

4.0Was allocated room on first floortold receptionist due to arthritis needed ground floor room she just shrugged her shoulders.Consequently when neede to exit and enter hotel had to rely pn friends to help me up and down the stairs
