Great location
8.0Great location down a quiet street. The area felt very safe. Our room was huge and had everything we needed. The fridge was stocked with some complimentary water and biscuits. The bed was very big, and comfortable. The air con was good. The window opened, but there was a noisy building oppose, so we kept it closed. The bathroom was large, with a separate bath and shower. A good sized ledge and cabinet for storage. The robes and slippers were a great extra.
− One of the lifts was out of order. Breakfast wasn't good. My eggs and mushroom tasted of nothing and the beans were watery. The 'toast' was barely toasted. Looking back, I should have said something and put it back, as it was so poor. The shower wasn't draining. We called reception and within 10 minutes someone was in our room to repair it. A great response, but a little inconvenient it happened. I'd say the cleanliness let it down slightly. It was clean, but not very clean. There were marks on the pictures and mirror. Hairs on the sofa. There were two horrible looking stains on the carpet, which made me avoid that bit of the room
