10.0Front desk service is top shelf . Staff went out of their way to help me - their English is very good. Restaurant breakfast is one on the enjoyable meals ever , everything really nice. Location is perfect Tokyo station ,bus, and taxis. Right there .

− Couldn't get anything to eat when arriving after a 13 hour journey at 8pm - not even a glass of wine. No room service. Despite a restaurant there was not even the option of getting a drink and some bread or noodles.
