5.0− Friendly and hard-working but inexperienced staff made problem solving more difficult than it should have been. Plus items any visitor would expect (such as sufficient tea and a TV remote control) were too often missing. Also, the hotel is still working out some basic items (such as preparing the staircase for regular use and the in-room phone system) that should have been completed before it was reopened to the public. I do expect - given the commitment of the staff - that this hotel will have all this corrected in a month or so. I do think the staff needs more training on problem-solving.
