Amazing staff but not so amazing other things
6.0We booked a family room but since there was overbooking, we could not get that. As a solution, they gave us 2 rooms next to each other, and it was a nice gesture. However, fridge in the room was not working and we could only understand that next morning when the bottle of our medicine was still warm. Since it was a sunday, they could not get the fridge fixed but offered to keep the medicine at theirs. Room service was tidying up the room everyday but the room was still full of dust. On the bright side, all staff was really great. For all the problems we have experienced, they were so quick to offer an alternative. Location was also good with basically 15min walk to kaiser wilhelm church.
Slow internet
8.0Very poor internet speed in WiFi (between 5-10 mbps), and my room was somehow shielded, so the mobile internet speed was poor as well. Other were ok.

10.0Staff were very helpful and obtaining tickets for me for a great show falling in love. Nobody should miss it also directing me on which trains to take, etc..
