10.0Hostal Veracruz is clean and safe. Single rooms are small, cozy and functional, with private bathrooms and air conditioner. The rooms combine modern furnishings and fixtures with the traditional architecture of the building. The hostal is centrally located in the Puerta del Sol area; a great location, especially for solo travelers, with countless restaurants, bars and cafes and shops nearby, and within walking distance from major attractions such as the Prado Museum, El Retiro park, and the Royal Palace.

10.0Friendly staff, clean and cozy rooms. Perfect location to walk anywhere; only time we had to take a bus was to go to the Santiago Bernabéu stadium.
