− Dirty shower - there was hair from a prior guest when I joined Unresponsive team- they sent the team to clean the room and still missed the spot
Highly recommend this hotel for couples wanting to see the sights. Perfect location, clean and polite helpful staff.
10.0The location was perfect. Close by a subway station which took us up and down town when needed to the likes of Brooklyn Bridge or up to Central Park. A 10-15 mins walk from a lot of landmarks like Times Square and Empire State Building etc. Round the corner from 5th Avenue for shops and Broadway.

Clean, comfortable stay with good access to the subway.
8.0Place was fine. Typical small NY hotel. Location worked out well; close to multiple subway entrances.
− The only thing that would have been better was to have a microwave in the room.

− Zona ruidosa. Durante la noche me despertaba por los ruidos. Los tapones para oídos que te dan de cortesía ya lo dicen todo. A pesar de eso el personal muy amable.
