2.0They never gave me room inspite of my booking .my booking was cancelled with out my knowledge inwas on roads in the middle of the night' .never will I use Expedia again

2.0The hotel claims that they have pool and they provide free shuttle service to beach and surrounding area, however when we asked for shuttle they said there is no shuttle service. Also they said the pool is closed and we cannot use it!

2.0I found a bug was flying inside my room. I got bitten then my leg was swollen. When I came back from Dubai I went straight to ER for treatment. The doctor found out my leg was bitten by bug. My leg was really bad already when she check the results. Stay away on this hotel.
