2.0I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. My stay was ruined by two major issues: bed bugs and terrible customer service. First, the room was infested with bed bugs. I woke up with bites and couldn’t sleep the rest of the night. A hotel that cannot provide a clean, safe place to sleep has failed at the most basic level of hospitality. Second, the way staff handled the situation made everything worse. Instead of apologizing or offering a solution, the front desk was dismissive and unhelpful. There was no urgency, no sense of responsibility, and no attempt to make things right. If you value your health, comfort, and peace of mind, avoid this place at all costs. There are plenty of hotels that actually care about their guests—this one is not it.
