4.0The staff are not welcoming. My check in experience was not welcoming (the guy looked angry seeing me), no luggage assistance, requested for a dental kit and praying mat had to call twice to remind them. Breakfast selection needs improvement for people staying 4nights plus is a problem as the breakfast menu is pretty much the same.
