8.0Excellent location besides the fact that it's a bit of a walk from JR Ikebukuro. Located close to the Animate Head store, the shopping street that leads to Sunshine City, and Sunshine City itself. Plenty of conbini and food options nearby. Breakfast is decent.
− Hotel is a little old. Room is on the small side.

From Ikebukuro Station, the East Exit (North) and Exit 32 are nearest to the hotel.
DIRECTIONS: From either of these exits, go down the street between the HSBC branch and Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ Bank (red signs, UFJ). Continue for about 984 feet, until you see a bowling alley. Turn left. The hotel is 164 feet ahead on the right.
