− The most unfriendly stuff. I booked a hotel for my sister - it was her first in Istanbul. I asked via email to describe how the entrance looks or to send me pictures of the entrance of the hotel - since most of the hotels in the center don’t look like hotels more like shops. The stuff never bothered to - they said there are pictures on their site. Which didn’t work of course and they knew that I booked at booking so I never had a chance to get the pictures if there were any. Inside the hotel was ok more or less. Though no maps of the city were available nor the stuff wanted to answer any questions of the guests. Keep in mind that WiFi doesn’t work in the lobby and when my sister stayed there for a minute the stuff told her to go to her room. I suppose the hotel doesn’t have a problem with guests due to their location, but my sister had no internet Istanbul and the lack of map or any help to find around really made her stay there unwelcoming and affected her impression of the city. It’s always the little things that spoil the whole trip :( So if it’s your first time in Istanbul I would definitely NOT RECOMMEND THE HOTEL. We’re not returning here.

It was not bad, but I was late for my meeting just because there was no one in the reception
7.0The place is very comfortable and in the middle of a touristic street.
− However, it’s quite strange that in the morning it’s hard to go outside just because the owner of the hotel closed the entrance. Unfortunately there is no one in the reception. So I was literally stuck in the hotel. Hotel rooms sometimes covered with dust and the restrooms can be a little bit dirty. In my room was a smell of cigarettes, I tried to open the window, but unfortunately it didn’t change the situation.
