10.0The staff was kind, extremely accommodating, and very responsive. We had a room with balcony overlooking the Pantheon. The view was spectacular and provided us with an outdoor area that simultaneously was very private. Our best memories were created on that little balcony, reading or drinking coffee in the morning. The room was serene and beautifully appointed. Cleaning staff was beyond respectful of our need for a sleep-in or privacy and never disturbed us when we were in the room -- as it often happens in other hotels.
− We liked absolutely everything. Very nice surroundings, close to many bistros and stores. It was a perfect stay.
