2.0Room looked nice but AC and shower didn’t work properly. Power also went out just in our room for several hours. The staff was horrible - unfriendly and very put off to help, especially Athena at the front desk. The hotel also is advertised as having a pool but the pool was closed. Overall I had a horrible experience and would no recommend this hotel!

6.0Great staff and very clean. But the area is just bad, it will make you have a bad impression of Istanbul which I had initially. Cheap clothes from China being overpriced and very bad food. The area you should go for is Taksim. Taksim is where you should visit in Istanbul.

2.0Not according to the pictures and a big lie. Pool doesn't exist The room is very small as soon as you open the door, half a meter, the bed. My advice to anyone who wants to book this hotel is a big no. I was extremely disappointed and not valued for money. It's a ripped off. Never again
