10.0Camera abbastanza pulita, personale super gentile e disponibile, avevamo l'aereo cancellato e visto che non potevano rimborsarci la notte persa ci hanno dato la camera all'ultimo piano con vista sulla città, ci hanno prenotato loro il taxi per l'aereoporto a un prezzo molto inferiore e ci hanno offerto caffé e té prima di partire, super soddisfatta

10.0The employees, everyone from receptionist to housekeeping, were very friendly and nice. We felt very welcome from start to end. Warm, welcoming and very service minded staff who were always ready to help no matter what you needed. The hotel location is fantastic. Restaurants, bars, all kinds of shops right nearby. We had a great time. Can highly recommend.
