10.0We really enjoyed the stay. Very friendly staff, clean room and close to everything in SOHO.
Overall good stay, but the lack of WiFi in lower level rooms was not acceptable

− Small rooms, the WiFi basically doesn’t work for the lower level rooms. Had to do all my zoom calls in the hotel’s common areas. Poor lighting in the bathroom, and no special mirrors or lighting for makeup.
