Amazing location and super-helpful staff.
10.0The best things about this hotel are the location and the staff. The location is perfect if you want to visit museums, or the Concertgebow,, Amsterdam's absolutely lovely main concert hall. It's also near a nice park, on a quiet street in a very busy city, and very close to excellent tram lines that make the rest of the city accessible. The staff were not only friendly, but extremely helpful. When we were about to leave, one of them showed us how to register for an appointment to get through security at Schilpol airport, and saved us an hour and a half in the security line!
− I probably would not pay for the breakfasts again. They were good, but not incredible, and fairly expensive. That said, it was very convenient for days when we had early museum tickets.

10.0Just a lovely hotel in a lovely part of the city. The room could have been slightly bigger, but we really loved our stay.
