2.0leider war vor ort einiges anders, wie im inserat. im inserat stand, dass ein geschützter pp vorhanden ist, darum buchten wir auch diese unterkunft. leider gab es dies nicht und wir mussten einen öffentlichen pp benutzen, welcher uns im tag euro 25 gekostet hat. auch wollten sie plötzlich eine reinigungspauschale, davon stand im angebot auch nichts. wir haben uns auf einen niedrigeren preis geeinigt und dies gleich bar bezahlen müssen. nun streitet der anbieter ab, dass wir je in der unterkunft waren. wir haben es leider versäumt eine quittung zu verlangen und haben auch leider keine fotos gemacht. ausserdem gab es in der wohnung nur altes kochgeschirr und die matrazen der betten waren sehr alt (durchgelegen und etwas schmudelig). ich bedauerte dies sehr, den die lage der wohnung und grösse war sehr toll.

10.0Apartment liegt zentral aber ruhig mit Balkon zum grünen Innenhof. Man ist schnell am Alex oder in Kreuzberg. Späti direkt nebenan. Sehr gute Betreuung durch Verwalter des Apartments.
