− التعامل وتوفير الاجتياجات غير مرضي ابدا، لقد طلبت سرير طفل قبل الوصول ب 5 ايام رغم انه متاح في الخيارات عبر الحجز ، وعند وصولي لم يكن موجود ، قمت بطلبه ولم يتم توفيره والمماطله من الطاقم ، جاء الرد بعد يوم سوف يتم توفير السرير بعد يوميين !! ، تجربة سيئه جدا
