I didn’t feel safe

I would like to share my experience in a respectful and honest way. The location of the hotel is very good and, at first, everything seemed fine. The gentleman who did our check-in and showed us to our room was very kind and professional, and we appreciated his help. However, I did not feel safe at any point during my stay.

− When we arrived, we were given two keys: one for the main street entrance and another for the room, as the reception was located in a different building. The main entrance door did not close properly, and our room was located right next to the entrance. The lock on the room door did not feel secure. While inside, I actually placed a chair against the door because it seemed like anyone could potentially enter. This made us feel very uncomfortable. Secondly, there was no hot water. At first, we thought it might have been due to a temporary power outage and that it would take some time to work again, but it never did. We had to take cold showers. The heating and Wi-Fi were also not working, but the lack of hot water was definitely the most serious issue. Finally, and this is the main reason I am writing this review: housekeeping entered the room to make the bed, and we had some euro coins in the pocket of a pair of trousers that were left on the table. The coins were gone afterwards. This situation made us feel even more unsafe. Unfortunately, due to this issues, especially the security concerns and the missing money, I cannot recommend this hotel.

− Total diferit față de poze. Mizerie, mucegai, frig, miros de mucegai. Aer rece în cameră, apă rece, baie murdară.

− hotel vecchio e con odore sgradevole, appena arrivi ti portano in un alloggio vicino in cui devi fare un numero infinito di scale per arrivare alle camere, in corridoi stretti e pieni di moquette vecchia e polverosa. aspirapolvere in mezzo al corridoio, stavo inciampando con la valigia. non ci sono controlli quindi può entrare chiunque, per niente sicuro. camera con pessimo odore, porta del bagno non si chiudeva, la doccia si è subito intasata ed è di un lurido assurdo che credo non venga pulita da anni. non c’è nulla per poggiare le proprie cose. arredo vecchio, rovinato, moquette talmente terribile che da rossa è diventata gialla. Non ho mai visto una moquette in bagno! che schifo nel letto ho trovato un capello molto lungo e diversi peli. aria condizionata spenta per tutto il soggiorno, non hai il telecomando per regolarla. cuscini bassi e scomodi. il prezzo non è neanche conveniente neanche il peggiore ostello è come questo “hotel”! andate altrove!!!

I letti non erano male e comunque la vista era carina

− Abbiamo soggiornato a novembre, faceva freddissimo, il condizionatore ( che era l’unico riscaldamento disponibile in camera ) funzionava poco e soprattutto noi non avevamo il telecomando per regolarlo, anche dopo che abbiamo riferito che avessimo freddo non ce lo hanno voluto lasciare!! lo staff non era molto cordiale, anzi. il bagno fatiscente ma vabbe per il prezzo uno non si aspetta il lusso, ma almeno non dormire tremando dal freddo!
