4.0We stayed at this hotel twice within a two-week period. On the first occasion, we stayed for four days, and on the second, we stayed for two days. Unfortunately, both times, the Air conditioner was not functioning, and the reception attempted to charge us $10 for a room key that we had inadvertently lost. While the hotel’s location is pleasant, it falls short of meeting our expectations as a satisfactory hotel.

Great location for family trip
10.0Located close to the Çemberlitaş tram station, the Golden Royal Hotel has easy access to all the near by historic sites and shopping. The daily breakfast options at the hotel were good! Staff are helpful and super friendly and ready to make arrangements for airport transfers, guides, etc.

10.0Amazing hotel in the Sultanahmet area. Very warm and welcoming. Breakfast options were very good and hotel room service was fast and efficient. The hotel rooms were very nice and spacious. Our connecting room was set up perfectly for our family of 6. Thank you!

10.0Excellent hotel and great staff, front desk staff are amazing and welcoming, everything needed for tourism is few steps/walk around, to and from airport transportation are acceptable and at the range similar to other companies. Again front staff are excellent, I highly recommend it and will be back for sure
