8.0We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is beautiful, the staff are incredibly friendly, and everyone was very helpful and willing to assist with anything we needed. The people working here are truly thoughtful and made us feel very welcome.
− after the cleaners had finished cleaning our room, the door was left unlocked. It is not a pleasant feeling to leave your room and come back to find that the door was not properly locked.

8.0Clean, it provides everything essential. Staff is welcoming. The hotel is nearly centered between places we wanted to visit so we could sometimes go in and rest in our room.
− Air conditioning is too noisy. If you are delicate, you may not fall asleep easily. If you do not prefer taxi, it is a bit hard to walk from/to the train station because you need to go across too much of bridges because the hotel is not so close.
Good to know
From the Rialto Bridge, simply follow the signs for the Fortuny Museum.
