2.0Total disaster. Looked nothing like the pictures on the website. Run down, very uncomfortable rooms. Paid in advanced. Booked 2 rooms. Left and could not get a refund. Very disappointed with the place and with Hotels.com, to the point that we will have to think again if we will used them again.

10.0If you’re looking for a good place to sleep while you explore Madrid, this is it. It’s no frills but the location is perfect, a very central spot. And the rooms are clean; front desk staff are super friendly and helpful.
