10.0Extremely convenient location for the night before our cruise. We stayed in a family room that was perfect for our family of 4. Excellent restaurants nearby, and a grocery store a short walk to pick up some drinks to bring on board. The welcome drinks were a very nice touch!

10.0Stopped for one night. The front desk was very kind, gave great info and even made reservations at a restaurant we wanted. The room was very clean, you can tell they do the right kind of cleaning. Breakfast was plentiful for europe, more than expected. The garden outside was a bonus. Overall great stay, would highly recommend!

10.0Hotel is beautiful with some of the best canal views we saw in Venice. Staff was very friendly and helpful with our toddler.
