10.0Rooms were clean and love the rain shower. Hot water is always good Staff are friendly. Check in and out was efficient. Housekeeping was everyday but could be every other day for environmental friendly. Just a block from all restaurants and souvenirs stores. Metro just a block away as also a shopping mall. Walkable to attractions.

8.0Really nice hotel in a great location. It's a short walk to multiple MRT (underground) stations and tonnes of food variety and bars. We stayed on the second floor and the street noise was loud, mainly due to our window not having glass, would have been 10/10 with some noise minimisation. We slept with earplugs and it was fine.

8.0Excelled location, clean, convenient. Our room had only 2 power points which meant tripping over wires. It also needed more shelf space, the shelves were very narrow and not usable.
