9.0Very clean, great layout and amenities in the two bedroom apartment, with the master at the front (street) and twin at the back, past the kitchen and 2nd bathroom. Very close the Sagrada and the metro which we used non stop during our trip! Highly recommended for a family, felt like a safe neighbourhood.
− Apartment #43 - street noise. Whilst the property had shutters it was still noisy for a light sleeper until well after midnight, we also seemed to have a party group in the apartments who talked on the street at 3am for at least 30mins, the main door does not have soft close so I heard (nearly) everyone come home, and the stairwell is quite noisy. A lack of reception/noise monitoring meant I heard neighbours tell this same group to be quiet around 4am. Additionally - I’d prefer to receive adequate dishwashing/toilet paper/coffee pods up front for the stay rather than asking for it. Please note, this was my experience, I would not be put off staying here again based on this.
