− The place is not up to sale, second sofa bed unusable, no fan, no aircon, terrible facilities, in the heat you could not stay there.

8.0Pěkné, moderní, prostorné a čisté ubytování v centru Berlína. Vybavení kuchyně pro přípravu snídaně dostatečné (malá lednice s mrazákem, kávovar Nespresso, toastovač, rychl.konvice, varná deska). Velká okna do dvora, není slyšet doprava z ulice. Kousek na metro nebo tramvaj (cca 3 min.), supermarket REWE a drogerie DM přes ulici, v okolí spousta restaurací, fastfoodů a barů. Pěšky na Alexanderplatz 10 min. Parkování v klidné boční ulici bez problému, vždy bylo volné místo - za 2€/hod., platí se od 9 do 24 h (PO-SO). Úklid apartmánu v půlce pobytu (po 3 dnech), včetně výměny ručníků a povlečení.
− Příliš měkké matrace. Bez výtahu.

8.0Schöne Wohnung in guter Lage.
− Ich weiß nicht ob es immer so ist, aber an dem Abend war es extrem laut bis nachts um halb 3, es wurde gebrüllt und gepoltert. Im Geböude und im Innenhof. Fußball zur WM wird es nicht gewesen sein, zu der Uhrzeit lief kein Spiel.
