− L’ascenseur se referme sur nous si nous ne maintenons pas un bouton à l’intérieur de l’ascenseur La porte des escaliers était fermée à clé alors que c’est censé être une issue de secours Escalier étroit Chambre déjà ouverte à l’arrivée Personnel non disponible lorsqu’on en a vraiment besoin

1.0− No tenien lhabitació reservada, ens van intentar colar una inferior sense dir res i quan ens en vam adonar ens va dir que ens feia rebaixa en el preu perque la reservada no estava disponible. al reclamar la cancel·lació i que voliem marxar ens va dir que llavors si que ens donava la que haviem reservat

The bed was extremely comfortable. I also loved the breakfast. It had fresh options and tasted delicious. I highly recommend this hotel. I will definitely stay here again
