− When I checked into my room, it was clearly damp. I went to open a window, but the glass was shattered. The shards fell over my hand. I can not believe this broken window had not been noticed by the staff.

10.0We had an excellent stay at Park Grand Mayfair and truly enjoyed every moment. From the moment we arrived, the reception team gave us a warm and heartfelt welcome that made us feel at home. Throughout our stay, every member of the staff was friendly, professional, and always happy to help with a smile. Our room was exactly as we expected - clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The hotel's location was excellent, just a short walk from Marble Arch Underground Station, making it very convenient for exploring London. The reception desk is staffed 24/7, which was very reassuring, and the breakfast team (especially the hostess) was wonderful - always smiling, welcoming, and providing excellent service. We would be delighted to stay at Park Grand Mayfair again on our next visit to London.
