Location was excellent. Shin nihombashi station hives excellent access to the underground/metro lines, and its only 100 meters from tge station. While kanda station a short 3 mjn walk away gives acess to the overground, with akihabara just one stop away if you want to shop! The staff were wonderful, especially the kind consierge man who checked us in on the 20th at 3pm! Amenities were beyond excellent in every way, the only downside is if you dont book a room with a washing machjne, there are no laundry fscilities at the hotel. The free tea, coffee and ice were nice, but a really nice touch in the july heat were the candies at the desk for helping to replenish needed salt/sugar while sweating. The shower was powerful and the bath was the deepest i used all trip, almost felt like a hotspring bath! The room was more spacious than the pictures give credit for! The bin was emptied each day andowels/robes were also refreshd daily, a nice change from some of the other hotels on the trip. All in all this hotel is beyond amazing for the price, i paid double for worse hotels during my japan trip and thought i was getting a bargain until i stayed at tokyu stay

Well equipped and spacious double room, A very good surprise for what I got for the money, much better than some other more expensive places I stayed in Tokyo.

Room with a washer/dryer combo allowing us to clean our daily wear properly. The refridgerator is large enough for us to stock enough food for two. The room with a sink and induction cooker for cooking is nice, but be aware they only provide you with a pot; no pan or additional cookware. If you plan to really cook, this is not set up for it, but probably for light cooking, boiling eggs, or noodles. Walking distance to Akihabara and Tokyo JR station, passing through the famous Nihonbashi bridge is a treat and convenient. There is a FamilyMart just around the corner, a 3-minute walk, and a supermarket across.

− The furniture is likely modular prefab, and during our stay we moved around three different room types, and they don't necessarily work and leave some unusable space; not good for an already cramped space. If you are unlucky, you get a room with a window that's fully sealed and can't open. We spent more than a week staying here; Tokyu Stay only offer limited room cleaning, that's trash removal and towel replacement. Not enough if you plan to stay longer and if you don't intentionally keep the room clean, especially the toilet and bath. The major reason we won't stay here next time. Bathroom exhaust fan is extremely weak; the moisture from a shower could linger for a very long time, and the cloth hanging in the bath (good thing they do offer a hanging bar for hanging cloth) could take up to 24 hours to dry if you have delicate clothes that can't be tumble-dried. During our stay, the room AC kept dripping water; the staff attempted to fix it, but the leak came back. We were offered to switch to another room, but the same thing occurred, and we gave up on making further requests. During our stay, the humidity was very high, which was probably the reason.
