− Pésima atención al cliente, no contestan llamadas ni mensajes a través de la aplicación, envié mi maleta con previo aviso, me la abrió supuestamente para revisar, adicionalmente quería cobrar por más de 5 días cuando la maleta recién había llegado un día y medio antes, incluso amenazó que iba a llamar a la policía. No le recomiendo a nadie, la administradora no sabe tratar a las personas, nos agredió verbalmente, la única experiencia horrible que he tenido en booking. Service client déplorable. Ils ne répondent ni aux appels ni aux messages via l'application. J'avais prévenu à l'avance de l'envoi de ma valise, et ils l'ont ouverte soi-disant pour l'inspecter. De plus, ils ont tenté de me facturer plus de cinq jours alors que la valise n'était arrivée qu'un jour et demi auparavant. Ils ont même menacé d'appeler la police. Je ne les recommanderais à personne. La responsable est irrespectueuse ; elle nous a insultés. C'est la seule expérience vraiment catastrophique que j'aie jamais eue avec booking. Terrible customer service. They don't answer calls or messages through the app. I sent my suitcase with prior notice, and they opened it supposedly to inspect it. Additionally, they tried to charge me for more than five days when the suitcase had only arrived a day and a half earlier. They even threatened to call the police. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. The manager doesn't know how to treat people; she verbally abused us. The only truly awful experience I've ever had with booking.
