1.0The bed was very comfy! The room looked nice
− The air con only works with the jet in so you have to back for 29 mins before it cools down, the water is warm not cool so can’t even cool down that way. I did ask how to get colder water and was told to use the panel on the bath ( jacuzzi bath) as there is no real shower. when I did this a load of mould sludgy fired out. I was a bit fearful of using the facilities after that, they did send me a message on my complaint to say they had cleaned it and that I didn’t have to pay city tax but I was so grossed out I will wait till I reach my next destination. Under the bed was unclean also. The fridge switches if when you take your key out so don’t put any perishable in there.
