Hi. The Hotel is very good in all senses. Rooms are big and clean, nicely furnished and fully equipped. Fresh free water and tea is refilled every day. The free SPA and Gym is perfekt to stay in shape and to relax. breakfast buffet is delicious and a mix of local and international dishes. Employees are very friendly and try to generate the best for you individually. Especially Ms. Süreyya was very polite and provided a great service.

Checked inn today ! Very clean nice and cosy room , best stay ever in Istanbul . Very professional polite and helpful staff . Highly recommended. They upgraded me to the suite . Thank you for giving me such a lovely start to my day.

Great hotel, But Check in was a Major disappointment

I recently stayed at The Elysium Taksim in Istanbul, and overall, it’s a very good hotel in a prime location. The rooms are spacious and comfortable—much bigger than many in the Taksim area—with large, comfy beds that provided excellent sleep. The bathrooms (toilets and showers) are nice, modern, and spotlessly clean, which was a big plus. Location-wise, it’s fantastic: just about a 10-minute walk to Taksim Square, making it super convenient for exploring Istiklal Street, shops, restaurants, and public transport. No complaints there at all. Unfortunately, the check-in process was really unpleasant and frustrating. We arrived well past the official check-in time, but still had to wait in the lobby for almost an hour before our room was ready. I had to go to the reception desk twice to ask for an update, and each time they just told me to wait without any clear explanation or apology. On my second visit to ask, they finally said the room was ready—but then they let me sit in the reception area without calling me over. It turned out there was a shift change, and the new staff weren’t informed about me or my room status at all. I found this quite rude and unprofessional; it felt like poor communication and lack of basic courtesy from the team. Despite the rocky start, the rest of the stay was enjoyable thanks to the room quality and location. I’d recommend the hotel for its comfort and convenience, but be prepared for potential delays at check-in and consider arriving later if possible.

Lovely Hotel With good Location

We Stayed 7 Days In This Hotel. All the stuffs were nice. We got Duplex Superior Suite With City View and the view was Great Both in day and night . Our Suite With Tall windows Was very Relaxing and lovely. The Breakfast Was Not as Good As a Luxury Hotel and did not have a good variety and quality. The Cleanliness of The Rooms was excellent and there was a nice smell in all areas of hotel. Also the location was great, just a few minutes walk to Taksim square.
