Lovely room in quiet area
10.0Staff friendly, comfortable room, aircon is a huge bonus to the room in summer. Nice breakfast basket waiting for us in the morning. Full length mirror and good hairdryer in the room aswel as lots of coffee sachets and normal sized mugs.

10.0La habitación era muy confortable, con una cama especialmente cómoda y un cuarto de baño lo bastante amplio y bien equipado. Disponíamos también de una pequeña terraza. El desayuno se entrega en la puerta de la habitación y era muy completo, con croissants, pain au chocolat y otros productos de repostería. Además, disponíamos de zumo de naranja, leche y un hervidor de agua para preparar té o café a nuestro gusto. Cenamos en el propio establecimiento y disfrutamos de una auténtica experiencia gastronómica inglesa. Probamos un cold fish platter, fish and chips y un delicioso apple crumble with custard, todo ello de gran calidad y a un precio más que razonable. El personal muy atenta. Otra ventaja: hay dos campos de golf cerca, a una distancia a pie. Recomendamos el Royel Wimbledon Golf Club.
Excellent, peaceful stay in Wimbledon
9.0I enjoyed the stay very much. Breakfast was great and very useful when you are slightly off the beaten track.
− It could have been a little cleaner, the bathroom was a little grubby when we arrived. We arrived at 19.10 after flying in from Australia and were told food service had ended at 19.00. We were offered a Yorkshire pudding FOC, which was kind, but there were other diners in the restaurant who were served their dessert at 19.40 so we feel we could perhaps have been offered a meal when we asked if we could eat. As it was, we walked to the village and ate there, but we would have preferred to spend our money where we were staying.
