8.0Nos gustó la ubicación, a unos 4 minutos del metro y de paradas de bus. Las camas cómodas y la ropa de cama muy bien. Nos cambiaron las toallas la segunda noche y nos dejaron jabones, un detalle. Relación calidad/precio inmejorable para ser Londres e intentar economizar.
− Lo malo és que nos tocó el 3er piso y no hay ascensor. Después de andar todo el día era bastante duro pero nos lo tomamos con humor. Se entiende que és un edificio antiguo. La limpieza se podría mejorar.

6.0Central location excellent. Didn't see staff but that was due to late arrival from a late train.
− Not particularly well cleaned but I wasn't expecting palatial for the money. So all in all it did what it needed to do.
Avoid at all costs - dirty and infested with bed bugs
1.0The location is the ONLY good thing about this hotel.
− Avoid this hotel like the literal plague. Thankfully I’m allergic to bug bites, so I felt them swelling just before falling asleep. I had to leave my 3 night stay in the middle of the night and figure out an alternative, because the next day I had to attend an interview. I reported this to the hotel immediately and there has been 0 reply from their side (it’s been a month as I’m writing this review…). Forget any sort of refund, they don’t even have enough empathy to apologise, let alone make amends. Horrible hotel and truly deserving of the 1/10.
