− Cons: • There was no full-length mirror in the room, so we had to leave our room just to use one. • The room had an unpleasant smell, and since the windows couldn’t be opened, there was no way to air it out. • We accidentally got locked out of our room and called the emergency number. The initial response we received was, “Sorry, madam, I can’t help you.” That was very frustrating. We were left wondering what we were expected to do, wait outside until the next morning? Thankfully he called someone & eventually came to assist us, and he was very apologetic, which we appreciated. • The bathroom was quite small. • The beds were very firm, especially the sofa bed, which wasn’t very comfortable. . The receptionist needs to be more welcoming.

− La cama pequeña para el niño no servía teníamos dos colchones inservibles, los resortes estaban vencidos y estaban meados y sucios se puso una queja y no hicieron nada solo que nos quejáramos a booking que no hizo nada para solucionarlo la próxima vez reservare con otra empresa , una vergüenza por el precio que se pagó
