L.accoglienza di Emanuele,la location comodissima così come l ampiezza della camera. Ci siamo trovati benissimo,infatti sentiamo la mancanza! Appena possibile torneremo! grazie di tutto!

− Più che altro, consigli..aumentare la luminosità nelle stanze, riparare la TV rotta dai danni di un temporale, qualche appendino in più in bagno farebbe comodo

La habitación era limpia

− Me cobraron 30 euros injustamente adicional por llegar después de las 7pm, JAMÁS me advirtieron o me lo mencionaron y hable 1 día antes con ellos les avise que mi vuelo llegaba después de esa hora y se quedaron callados, si me hubieran avisado o mencionaran abría cancelado la reservacion pero mal echo por parte del personal. Tengan cuidado aunque booking lo tenga claro el hotel nunca te dirá eso.

Comfortable, cozy, by the canal

A spacious one bedroom apartment by one of the canals and a short walk from the Venezia St Lucia train station. The accommodation is located in a small residential area with open spaces and good ventilation. It was in ground floor, something very useful for my father who was on wheelchair. The double bed in bedroom and two sofa beds in the living room comfortable slept six of us. The kitchen was well equipped for a short stay. There was a large window opening from the kitchen to the canal offering direct view of canal. It was a quiet neighbourhood. The supermarket on the Main Street was at walking distance. The fact that we didn’t have to cross any canal to reach here from the station was very helpful. The check in was very smooth and the hosts at reception were very polite and helpful.

The property is in an excellent location right next to Venezia Santa Lucia station, which made arriving and moving around the city very convenient. The stay itself was nice and comfortable. The room had air conditioning, which helped during warmer days.

− The reception closes quite early, and checking in later requires paying a 30€ extra fee, which was not ideal. Although the room had air conditioning, it was not located in the bedroom, so the cooling did not reach the area where it was most needed that well. The kitchen could have been better equipped. It was surprising that there were no basic spices, tea, coffee, or similar items available, as most places usually provide at least something.

Grand logement agréable situé à 10 minutes de la gare, et depuis lequel on rejoint facilement le canal de Cannaregio Quartier très calme, à l'écart des foules de touristes

− Équipement un peu succinct Nous avons dû payer 30 euros de plus parce que nous sommes arrivés une demi-heure après la fermeture de la réception, ce qui n'est pas indiqué à la réservation
